Wondering where your package is? Open Orders to find your purchase history, review an order, and check its available shipment tracking. It is also a handy place to revisit the details of a previous lighting purchase.

Keep your personal details up to date and add your birthday for an annual 500-point reward. Choose your year, month, and day, then select Save. Your birthday can be changed once, so check it before saving.

Still deciding between a warm vintage lantern and a clean-lined modern sconce? Wishlist keeps your saved products together. Revisit your favorites and select View product when you are ready for another look.

Open Warranty to see how much warranty time remains for your orders. A clear countdown makes it easier to keep track of your coverage without calculating dates yourself.

Your Points section shows your balance, earning activities, and rewards. Shopping is one way to build your balance, and a few simple account activities can help it grow.

Purchase points apply to eligible products. Shipping, taxes, and gift cards are excluded.

Share a favorite and both earn rewards

Copy your personal referral code from your account and send it to a friend. Ask them to include it in their order notes when placing their first order. Once that order is paid, you both receive 5,000 points. Each successful referral earns you another 5,000 points.

Turn 5000 points into 50 dollars in rewards

Every 100 points is worth $1, with redemptions starting at 5,000 points. That means 5,000 points can become $50 toward your next lighting purchase.

Store credit options include $50 for 5,000 points, $100 for 10,000 points, and $250 for 25,000 points. Choose an available amount that matches your balance.

 

Choose a code reward or store credit

For a coupon, redeem your points and enter the resulting code at checkout. If your redeemed reward appears as a gift card code in Points history, copy that code into the Discount code or gift card field and select Apply.

For store credit, select Redeem store credit in My Points, choose an amount, and confirm with Redeem. At checkout, check that Apply store credit is selected so your credit is included in the total.

Rewards apply to all products and can be combined with other offers.

Do I need a new account

No. If you are already registered with Flyachilles, sign in using your email address. You do not need to register again.

Can I redeem fewer than 5000 points

Redemptions start at 5,000 points, equal to $50. You can continue collecting points until your available balance reaches that amount.

Where do I find my redeemed code

Check Points history for the code attached to your redeemed reward. Copy your own code and apply it at checkout.

Can I use rewards with a sale offer

Yes. Your rewards can be used on all products and combined with other offers.
